Shipping and returns

General information

Please note that the following conditions only apply to purchases made on aagestore.com. If you have bought your aagé bag(s) at one of our retailers, please contact the specific retailer for further information about their terms and conditions.

By placing an order on this website you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to aagé’s terms of services and shipping and return policies. You also confirm that you have the authority to use the payment method submitted. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us at hi@aagestore.com before placing your order.

 

Shipping

Orders will ship within 3 business days. In the rare instance an item is ordered before we can update its status in the shop, it may take longer to process the order. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you updated on the progress of your order.

All orders are shipped via courier. This method of shipping usually takes 2 to 3 days to reach its destination in Denmark, and 3 to 12 days to reach its destination within the EU. When your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note that aagé is not liable for orders lost in transit or after delivery. If you would like to ensure the total value of the package, please email hi@aagestore.com before placing an order and we will add this service to your purchase. Please make sure to provide a secure shipping address. If you need to request a required signature, simply let us know before placing your order.

 

Returns

We hope you will be very happy with your aagé purchase. Should you, however, wish to return your purchase from aagestore.com, we offer a full refund within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition accompanied by their original labels and invoice. Returns that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted, and may be sent back to you at your expense. For all successfully returned items, neither the original shipping charges or the return shipping costs will be refunded.

 

Claims

When shopping at aagé you are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act and the guidelines set by the Danish Consumer Agency. This means that you have a 24-month warranty on faulty goods effective from the day you receive your item(s). To obtain a full refund or the option of either a repair or a price reduction, the claim must be made within a reasonable time after receiving your order. Please note that the 24-month warranty is voided if the damage to the product is a result of misuse, repair or normal tear and wear. If you wish to make a claim over a faulty item, please contact us at hi@aagestore.com.
