Shipping and returns
Please note that these conditions only apply for purchases made on aagestore.com. If you have bought your aagé bag(s) at a dealer, please contact your dealer for further information about terms and conditions.
By ordering through this website you acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms of service.
Shipping: Orders will ship within 3 business days. In the rare instance an item is ordered before we can update its status in the shop, it may take longer to process an order. If this happens we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to keep you updated on our progress and timeline.
All orders ship via courier. This method usually takes only 2 to 3 days to reach anywhere in Denmark and 3 to 12 days anywhere within the EU. You will receive an email with your tracking information when your bag is on its way.
Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for orders lost in transit or after delivery. If you would like to ensure the total value of the package, please email email@example.com placing the order and we can add this service. Please make sure to provide a secure shipping address. If you need to request a required signature, just let us know before placing your order.
Returns: We hope you will be very happy with your aagé bag. But if you need to return a bag, we offer full refunds within 14 calendar days from the day of the receipt of goods for purchases made on aagestore.com. We will process the refund for the full cost of the bag(s), but cannot reimburse original or return shipping costs. Items must be in like new condition.
Please contact us before putting your return in the mail. We want to know it is on its way, and it is important to us that we do whatever possible to resolve any issues. Name the email "return" and send to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Claims: We act after the Sale of Goods Act and the guidelines set out by the Consumer Agency. This means that you have a 24 months warranty on faulty goods from the day you receive your item. You must make a claim within a reasonable time after receiving your items in order to obtain full credit or the options of either a repair or a price reduction. This warranty is voided if the claim is caused by you as a result of misuse, repair or normal tear and wear.
